Conceived as a cluster of classic brownstone residences, these three storey townhomes are arranged around a centre courtyard that provides both a landscaped retreat and vehicle access to private garages. The front doors are located close to the street with clear layering between public, semi-public and semi-private spaces. The heritage wall was restored as a memory fragment and serves as the divider between the public sidewalk and the common walkway.
