A prominent landmark at the entrance to the Selkirk Waterfront development, the Gatehouse is a 6000 sq.m., six-storey concrete office building clad in a luminous skin of glass, stainless steel, and aluminum. Five full floors of office space provide over 4200 sq.m. of useable area with an additional 850 sq.m. of available retail space on the split-level main floor. The exterior skin, lighting, and the dramatic fully glazed double-height entrance lobby were all carefully considered to give the project a striking presence in the city.
