Gateway Green is a fifteen storey Class ‘A’ office tower planned for the corner of Fisgard and Blanshard streets, a key approach to the city. The building features a living wall designed by local artist Xane St. Phillip that serves as both an environmental expression of the buildings’ green initiatives as well as a public art component. The slender massing at the corner and stepped mini-towers disguises the building’s 1000 sq.m. footprint that best suits current market requirements. Gateway Green is targeted to become one of the first LEED Gold buildings in Victoria and will provide much needed office space in the downtown core.
