SAYWARD HILL PHASE I & II

Sayward Hill Phase I is the first in the comprehensive redevelopment of the old municipal gravel extraction facility at Sayward Hill in Cordova Bay. The master plan includes for a total of 202 units on 37 acres of restored property. Phase I consists of a 24 suite 6-storey condominium building and 5 townhouses sharing a common underground parking structure. Phase 2 consists of 5 additional townhouses. The exterior material palette of cedar siding, limestone veneer and granite landscape walls defines the standard for the rest of the development.
