Located between Sidney Marina and The Pier, the proposed development is a collection of retail, commercial, and residential builldings. A natural material palette of wood, stone, concrete and glass knits the collection into an integrated whole. The low profile minimizes the effect of the development on views from neighboring properties and provides a transition from the larger scaled residential buildings and commerical core to the waterfront beyond.
