The Thunderbird is the final building proposed for the Tri-Eagle plaza, located near the Royal Oak shopping centre. Conceived as big brother to the Raven, this five storey contemporary commercial office building features the same high quality construction and sustainable building design and is targeted for LEED Gold. Complementing the Raven's restrained material palette, the Thunderbird features exposed concrete, aluminum & glass windows and canopies, and copper metal cladding.
