The ARC

The Arc is a 33,465 square foot commercial office building located on a prominent site at the award winning Selkirk Waterfront development. The mixed-use program provides upper office floors with views across the harbour. The ground floor features a street front restaurant and retail space in a covered arcade.

Finishes include brick, exposed concrete, zinc cladding and glass curtain in a refined composition that reflects the industrial heritage of the site.
