The Residences at Seaport West

Located between Sidney Marina and The Pier, the project is a small collection of walk-up condos and town houses, one of two buildings at Seaport West, and part of the overall larger Seaport development.

A natural material palette of wood, stone, concrete and glass knits the project into an integrated whole. The low profile minimizes the effect of the development on views from neighboring properties and provides a transition from the larger scaled residential buildings and commercial core to the waterfront beyond.
