Seaport West is a mixed-use waterfront development positioned between the Sidney Marina and The Pier, contributing to the evolution of Sidney’s harbourfront as a vibrant place to live, work, and gather. Completed in 2012, the project brings together residential, retail, and commercial uses within a carefully scaled architectural composition designed to compliment its prominent coastal setting.

The development is intentionally low in profile, preserving important view corridors from neighbouring properties while creating a considered transition between the larger residential and commercial buildings of Sidney’s downtown core and the waterfront beyond. This restrained massing allows the project to maintain a comfortable pedestrian scale while responding sensitively to its surrounding context.
