Set directly on Sidney’s waterfront, Victoria Distillers brings the craft of small-batch spirit production into a setting shaped by the character of the harbour and the surrounding coastal community. Completed in 2016, the facility houses the distillery’s copper pot stills along with retail and tasting spaces, creating a destination where production, hospitality, and brand experience are brought together within a single architectural expression.
