Positioned at the entrance to Victoria’s Selkirk Waterfront Community, The Gatehouse establishes a distinct architectural threshold between the surrounding urban fabric and the waterfront neighbourhood beyond. The six-storey office building is conceived as a contemporary workplace defined by clarity, openness, and a strong connection to its setting along the Gorge Waterway.

Expansive glazing gives the building a light and transparent expression while drawing natural daylight deep into the workplace interiors. Carefully framed views extend toward the Gorge and downtown Victoria, allowing the surrounding landscape and cityscape to become an integral part of the daily experience of the building.
